Four Harvard Athletics Games Set to Air on NESN During 2025-26 Winter Campaign

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Athletics is scheduled to have four of its winter teams appear live on NESN in 2025-26, continuing its successful affiliation with the network. The upcoming games will come on the heels of a fall season that featured four Crimson teams (women's soccer, women's volleyball, field hockey, men's soccer) on NESN.

Harvard Women's Ice Hockey will kick off the Crimson's NESN winter broadcast schedule on Friday, Oct. 24, when Cornell visits Bright-Landry Hockey Center for a 5 p.m. puck drop. Harvard leads the all-time series with the Big Red, 60-38-6, with both teams splitting the last eight get-togethers.

The 2025 Ivy League Tournament champion Harvard Women's Basketball team is slated to appear live on NESN for a special 11 a.m. tip vs. Stony Brook on Friday, Dec. 5. The Crimson enjoyed a banner campaign in 2024-25, winning the Ivy tourney and advancing the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2007 en route to a 24-5 record. The 24 victories, meanwhile, set a new program record.

Harvard Men's Basketball will have its time on NESN on Saturday, Dec. 20, when in-state foe Holy Cross visits Lavietes Pavilion for a 2 p.m. start. The Crimson was on the short end of a 1-point nailbiter a year ago, but enters this season's contest having won five of the last six encounters.

Harvard Athletics' final winter broadcast will occur in 2026, when its men's ice hockey team plays host to Boston University on Monday, Jan. 12, at 7 p.m. The Crimson will welcome the Terriers to Bright-Landry for the first time since 2019, when the teams played to a 2-2 draw.

With Harvard's fall NESN schedule nearly complete (last game set for Oct. 7 – men's soccer) and its winter slate finalized, the Crimson and the network will announce its spring plans at a later date.
