Yakoff defeated the second-seeded player in the regional tournament in dominant fashion, dropping just three games across the two sets.
Although she has already punched her ticket to NCAAs already, Yakoff's run at the event is not over. The New Jersey native will look to win the regional tomorrow as she faces off against Serafima Shastova at 10:00 a.m. ET in the championship match.
