CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — The Harvard-Radcliffe Heavyweight Rowing team capped off the 60th Annual Head of the Charles Regatta (HOCR) with two strong performances in the Women's Championship Eight, finishing 7th and 13th against one of the deepest fields in the event's history.
