LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Harvard women's tennis began its spring break trip with a dominant, 6-1, win over LMU this afternoon. 

Kavya Karra and Holly Fischer teamed up for the first time on the doubles court today, registering a 6-2 victory at the top court to kick off the match.  Natalie Block and Maxi Duncan followed with a 6-4 win at court two to clinch the doubles points.

The Crimson kept the momentum rolling into singles play, beginning with Angel You with a 6-0, 6-3 win at the No. 6 spot.  The senior was the sole straight set victory for the Crimson in the match. 

LMU got on the board with a victory at the No. 4 position but Karra (6-4, 2-6, 6-2) and Kate Kim (7-6, 1-6, 6-1) followed it up with wins to clinch the match in Harvard's favor. 

Holly Fischer (6-4, 2-6, 7-5) and Maxi Duncan (6-7, 6-2, 6-3) collected the final victories of the day to solidify the contest at 6-1 with a pair of decisions at the top two courts.
