NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Harvard women's tennis (11-9, 1-4 Ivy) fell in a battle against Yale (17-3, 4-1 Ivy), 4-1, this afternoon.

The Crimson started strong, winning the doubles point at courts two and three. After the Bulldogs won on court one, Natalie Block and Natasha Rajaram responded with a 6-3 victory over Angela Huang and Julia Weirdiger (Yale).

Andra Braicu and Kavya Karra then secured the doubles point with a 6-2 win on court three.

It would be the final point of the day for the Crimson, however, as Yale would win on courts two, three, four, and six in singles to seal the match.

Despite the loss, the Crimson battled, forcing three sets on five of six courts. Block led 4-3 in the third set, pushing for a point for Harvard.
