Harvard Men's Alpine Skiing Rookie of the Year and MVP...Appeared in six carnivals for the crimson...At the Bates Carnival (Jan. 12-13): Placed 3rd in giant slalom and 9th in slalom...At the UNH Carnival (Jan. 27-28): Placed 9th in the giant slalom...At the Harvard Carnival (Feb.10-11): Placed 6th in the giant slalom...At the Williams Carnival (Feb. 17-18): Placed 20th in the giant slalom and 6th in slalom...At the St. Lawrence Carnival (Feb. 24-25): Placed 15th in the giant slalom...At the NCAA Championships (Mar. 8-11): had an incomplete race and DNF.

Before Harvard
Skied on the Continental Cup level in the North American Cup in 2021-22, including earning a 12th-place finish … Won the annual McConville Cup at Devil’s Glen Country Club in Ontario on (Mar. 13, 2022); clinched the title after placing second and first in consecutive slalom races with 140 participants … Won an Eastern Cup slalom race at Whiteface Mountain in New York (Jan. 8, 2022) … Ranked in the top 15 in the world in age group during the 2017-18 season, receiving recognition from the Norwegian Skiing Federation … Competed for Doenski Ski Academy High School (2017-20) and PG Program (2020-21) and the Burke Mountain Academy E-Team PG Program (2021-22) … Skied on the club level for Baerums Ski Club throughout career … Was introduced to skiing at same time as walking … Graduated third in class … Enjoys reading, hockey, wind surfing, and mountain biking … Interested in science, medicine, medical technology, and computer science … Son of Nina Willumsen and Morten Haug … Brother Andreas Willumsen Haug graduated from the Harvard Business School in the Class of 2020.
