Gained selection as an Allstate NACDA Winter Good Works Team nominee … Earned USCSCA All-Academic Ski Team honors … Competed in four carnivals for the Crimson … Tallied two top-30 finishes on the year … At the Bates Carnival (Jan. 10-11): Placed 18th in the freestyle sprint and 35th in the 9.1k freestyle … At the St. Lawrence Carnival (Jan. 17-18): Came in 25th in the 20k freestyle and 35th in the 7.5k classic … At the Middlebury Carnival (Feb. 14-15): Finished 66th in the classic sprint and 57th in the 10k classic … At the New Hampshire Carnival/NCAA Regional Championships (Feb. 21-22): Placed 47th in the 15k freestyle.

Earned All-America accolades in skate sprint at Junior Nationals in 2020, placing eighth … Competed at the National U16 camp in 2020 … Finished third at the Skate Sprint Western Regionals in 2021 … Selected as the first alternate for the Scandinavian Cup, coming in seventh as a result of cumulative Senior Nationals performances … Garnered All-America status in the skate distance 5k at Junior Nationals in 2022, finishing in eighth … Placed seventh in individual relay time at Junior Nationals in 2022 … Took home the Coach’s Heart Award in 2022 … Won Student-Athlete of the Year laurels in 2020 … Also competed in mountain biking and freeride skiing … Son of Kasey and Jamie McJunkin; both graduated from Princeton where Jamie played water polo.
