USTFCCCA All-American … 2023 Ivy League Women’s Cross Country Champion … USTFCCCA Northeast Region Female Athlete of the Year … All-Ivy League First Team honoree … All-Region Selection … Earned All-America status for the second time in her career with a 10th place finish at the NCAA Cross Country Championships … Won the NCAA Northeast Region Cross Country Championship … Took home the individual and team championships at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships … Finished in sixth place at the Nuttycombe Invite … Took home first place honors at the Battle in Beantown … Started the season with a first place finish at HYP … USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.

Junior Year (2022)

• Earned USTFCCA All American Status for her 11th place finish at the NCAA Championship Meet.
• Won the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship meet, earning her the Northeast Regional Athlete of the Year USTFCCA Award.
• Won the Ivy League Heptagonal Championship Meet.
• Earned First team All Ivy Status for her win at the Conference meet and was named to the Academic All-Ivy team. 
• Won the HYP meet. 

Before Harvard

Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field, two-year letterwinner on the swim team… U20 New Zealand National champion in the 1500m (2x) and 800m… 2x International Community School track and field MVP… 2x ISSEA All-Star honoree…  ISSEA record holder in the 400m, 800m and 1500m… 2x U18 New Zealand National Silver honoree in the 800m…  2018 Athletics Wellington Overseas Athlete of the Year (Youth)… 2x International School Suva Sportsperson of the Year… U14 and U16 Fiji Secondary School Champion in the 800m (national records)... Father, Mark Ramsden, attended Harvard Kennedy School.
