First-Year - 2021-22

Rowed at the bow for the 4V boat against Cornell … Helped the boat record a 30.0 second victory over the Big Red’s 4V crew with a time of 6:30.8 in the team’s first Spring race in three years … Rowed in the fifth seat on the 4V boat in the dual against Brown … Helped guide the crew to a 21.3-second victory in the race with a time of 7:23.2 … Sat in the fifth seat on the 4V crew in the dual against Princeton on the Charles River … Helped the boat win its race by more than 18 seconds while posting a time of 6:48.1 … Rowed in the fifth seat on the 4V boat in the regatta with Penn and Navy on the Charles River … Helped his crew post a 13.9 second win in the race with a time of 6:01.5 … Sat seat five on the Crimson 4V boat to a victory over the Northeastern 3V Crew on the Charles … Sat seat five on the Crimson 4V boat at the Eastern Sprints Regatta … Helped the boat claim first-place in the grand final by posting a time of 5:59.637 … Finished in second place at the IRA National Championships with the 3V crew in the boat’s five seat … Rowed in the fifth seat on the 3V boat in the two-mile race against Yale on the Thames River.

Before Harvard

Rowed for two years at Brighton Grammar School (2018, 2019) and was team captain in 2019 … Competed in the triple jump for the track and field team his final three years … Played field hockey (inner/wing) and was on the ski team (downhill/giant slalom) in 2017 and 2018 … Crowned the 2019 Australian U19 Pair and Four champion and finished second in the U19 Eight … Was undefeated in the 2019 U18/U19 Pair and Four … Came in third place in the giant slalom in 2018 … Served as Brighton’s vice captain and prefect, and was ranked fifth in his cohort for academic achievement … Earned the Olympic Change Makers Award in 2019 … Enjoys sneakers, cycling, design and skiing in his spare time.
