CSCAA Scholar All-America Second Team... All-Ivy League Second Team in the 200 medley relay ... Swam the fourth-best 100 breast (53.62) and fifth-best 200 breast (1:55.80) in school history ... Part of the fourth-fastest 200 medley relay (1:24.20) and sixth-fastest 400 medley relay (3:07.78) in school history ...  Recorded the team's top 100 and 200 breast times, logging a 53.62 in the 100 at Arizona and a 1:55.80 in the 200 at the Ivy Championships ... Part of the team's top 200 medley relay (1:24.20 - Ivy) and 400 medley relay (3:07.78 - Ivy) ... Also swam the 200 IM, 400 IM and 200 free relay during the year. 

Before Harvard

Competed for 10 years for three different clubs (Metroplex Aquatics, Ames Cyclone Aquatics Club, Texas Ford Aquatics)… Four-year All-American… 13-time state champion in the 100 and 200 breaststroke… Set the 15-16 and 17-18 Iowa state LCM record in the 100 and 200 breaststroke… Established the Iowa state short-course record in the 200 breaststroke… Earned two silver medals and a gold at Summer Junior Nationals… Captured gold medal in the 100 breaststroke and two golds in a pair of relays at the 2023 Junior World Championships… Two-time national junior team member… Named a Scholastic All-American on four different occasions… 2024 Olympic Trials qualifier.
