Sophomore - 2024-25

Set personal bests in five freestyle events... Posted a 50-free time of 20.44, and clocked in at 44.57 in the 100 free at the Minnesota Invitational... Recorded PRs on back-to-back days at the Ivy League Championships, finishing the 500 free in 4:22.45, and then returning the next day to log a 1:36.17 in the 200 free... Completed the 1,000 free at HYP in 9:13.96... Also swam the 1,650 free, 200 free relay, 400 free relay, 800 free relay and 200 medley relay during the campaign.

First-Year - 2023-24

Swam the 50 free in 20.77, 500 free in 4:37.02 and 1650 free in 15:56.37 at the Minnesota Invitational… Raced his best 100 free (45.09) and 200 free (1:38.85) at HYP. Competed in the 400 free relay, 800 free relay, 200 medley relay and 400 medley relay… Helped the Crimson win the Ivy League title for the seventh straight season.

Before Harvard

Member of the varsity swimming and diving team from 2019-22… Competed for Scottsdale Aquatic Club from 2013-23… Captained the Chaparral team for the 2022 campaign… Was a six-time all-state performer… Won the state individual title twice… Qualified for Junior Nationals three times… Helped Chaparral win the Division I team state championship in 2020 and 2022… Father, Troy Dalbey, won two Olympic gold medals (4x100 free relay, 4x200 free relay) in 1988.
