Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-America honorable mention in the 4x400m relay … Second Team All-Ivy League selection in the 400m hurdles and the 4x400m relay … Helped the Crimson take 21^st in the 4x400m relay (3:08.73) at the NCAA Championships … A member of a Harvard 4x400m relay team that set a new Ivy League record (3:03.76) at the NCAA East First Round, advancing to the NCAA Championships with an 11^th place finish … Helped Harvard win the 4x400m relay (3:06.74) at the IC4A/ECAC Championships … Took second in both the 400m hurdles (50.11) and the 4x400m relay (3:08.33) at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships … Led Harvard to a win in the 4x400m relay (3:22.77) at HY … Placed second in the 4x400m relay (3:15.52) and first eighth in the 400m hurdles (51.68) at the Pepsi Florida Relays … Won the 400m hurdles (51.24) and finished in third in the 4x400m relay (3:15.42) at the Hurricane Collegiate Invite … Began the year at the Kirk Baptiste Invitational, taking 11^th in the 800m with a time of 1:57.20.

Junior Year (2022-23)

All-America Second Team honoree in the 400 hurdles ... All-Ivy First Team selection in the 400 hurdles and second team selection in the 110 hurdles ... Finished in 16th place at the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships (50.69) ... Qualified for the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 400 hurdles after posting a personal-best time at the NCAA East Perliminary Round in Jacksonville, Fla. (49.87) ... Won the Ivy League title in the 400 hurdles, playing a major role in the men lifting the Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal trophy (50.33) ... Placed second in the 110 hurdles at the 2023 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Track & Field Championships (14.10) ... A member of the Crimson 4x400m relay team that finished in third at the 2023 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Track & Field Championships (3:08.31) ... Ran to a fourth place finish in the 400 hurdles at the LSU Alumni Gold (50.63). 

Sophomore Year (2021-22)

Made four appearances for the Crimson during the indoor campaign ... Ended the season at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships, winning the 4x400m relay race (3:05.92) ... Won the Ivy League title in the 4x400m relay at the 2022 Ivy League Heptagonla Indoor Track & Field Championships (3:09.75) ... Took part in the 4x400m relay at the Tiger Paw Invite, pushing the Crimson to sixth place honors (3:09.37) ... Started the year taking third in the 400m at the Battle in Beantown (47.35) ... Aided the Crimson to a win in the 4x400m relay at the Battle in Beantown (3:10.17). 

First-Year (2019-20)

(Indoor) Competed in seven meets for the Crimson...Opened his NCAA career with a first-place finish in the 4x400 (3:17.15) at the Crimson Opener, while also posting a 1:04.89 in the 500... Ran a 22.63 in the 200 at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge... Notched a personal best in the 400 at the BU Scarlet and White Invitational with a time of 47.93... Placed third at H-Y-P in the 60h with a time of 8.14...Took home an Ivy League Heps title in the 4x400 (3:13.85), while also running a 48.60 to place third in the 400...(Outdoor) Did not compete in the outdoor season due to the Ivy League and Harvard canceling the spring season.
