(Indoor) Won the 3000 and notched a career best at the BU Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite with a time of 7:53.55… Notched a career best in the 5000 at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational with a time of 13:32.31… Finished first in the 3000 (8:00.09) and 5000 (13.42.88) at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships… (Outdoor) Placed second in the 1500 with a time of 3:49.29 at the Harvard -Yale Match… Career best in the 5000 at the Payton Jordan Invitational with a time of 13:28.52… Placed first in both the 5000 and 10,000 at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Championships… Placed thirteenth in the 10,000 at the NCAA Division 1 Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a 28:23.29.

First-Year (2019-20)

(Indoor) Started the season off running the 3000m in 8:22.40 at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge...Placed seventh at H-Y-P in the mile with a time of 4:13.98...collected a personal-best in the 3000m with a time of 8:05.50 at the BU Valentine Invitational...Recorded a second-place finish in the DMR (9:59.22) at Ivy League Heps, also running the 3000m (8:36.66)...(Outdoor) Did not compete in the outdoor season due to the Ivy League and Harvard canceling the spring season.
