Indoor: All-Ivy League Second Team honoree in the 5000m … Placed second in the 5000m (14:08.21) and sixth in the 3000m (8:04.24) … Recorded a new personal-best in the 5000m at the Eagle Elite, winning the race with a time of 13:57.66 … Started the season on a high note at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invite, placing eighth with a personal-best 7:58.05.
Outdoor: Ended the 10,000m at the NCAA East First Round in 23^rd, posting a time of 29:58.91 … Placed seventh in the 10,000m (29:17.70) and 11^th in the 5000m (14:13.32) at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships … Finished in 26^th in the 5000m with a time of 14:02.19 at the Wake Forest Invitational … Made his season debut at the Raleigh Relays, finishing in 16^th after posting a personal-best 28:43.13.

First-Year (2021-2022)

(Indoor) Registered a career best mile at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational with a time of 4:04.64… Finished tenth at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time 4:11.12…(Outdoor) Set two personal bests throughout the season… Finished sixth and recorded his first personal best in the 800m with a time of 1:54.51 at the Harvard – Yale Match… Set his second personal best in the 1500m with a time of 3:46 at the Virginia Challenge… Finished the season by finishing tenth in the 1500m at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 4:02.51.
