Indoor: Ivy League Champion in the 400m … All-Ivy League First Team honoree in the 400m … Won the 400m at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships with a time of 47.52, adding a fifth place finishes in the 200m (21.58) and the 4x440y relay (3:13.50) … Took second place in the 400m at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invite with a time of 47.46 … Won the 400m at the John Thomas Terrier Classic, posting a time of 47.10 … Finished in eighth in 200m with a time of 21.74 at the Riverhawk Invitational … Won both the 300m (33.82) and the 4x400m relay (3:13.13) at the Battle in Beantown … Placed fourth in the 200m at the UMass Flagship Invitational with a time of 21.62 … Started the year with a sixth place finish in the 60m, running a time of 6.99 at the HBCU & Ivy Challenge.
Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-America honorable mention in the 4x400m relay … All-Ivy League Second Team honoree in the 4x400m relay … Ran with a Crimson 4x400m relay team (3:08.73) that finished in 21^st at the NCAA Championships … Helped the Crimson set a new Ivy League record in the 4x400m relay (3:03.76) at the NCAA East First Round, earning a spot in the NCAA Championships with an 11^th place finish … Took sixth in the 400m (47.33) and first in the 4x400m relay (3:06.74) at the IC4A/ECAC Championships … Earned a sixth place finish in the 400m (47.74) and second in the 4x400m relay (3:08.83) at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships … Crossed the finish line in second place in the 400m at the Tiger Track Classic, recording a time of 47.03 … Pushed Harvard to a first place showing in the 4x400m relay (3:22.77) at HY … Helped the Crimson take second place in the 4x400m relay (3:08.28) at the Pepsi Florida Relays … Earned a fourth place finish in the 400m at the Hurricane Collegiate Invite with a time of 47.41 … Began the season on a Crimson 4x100m relay (40.31) that placed second at the Kirk Baptiste Invitational.

Sophomore Year (2021-2022)

(Indoor) Recorded a career best and placed fourth in the 300m at the Ivy & HBCU Challenge with a time of 34.46… Ran a career best 1:03.93 and placed second in the 500m at the Beantown Challenge… Recorded two more career bests in the 200m with a time of 21.93 at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic and in the 400m with a time of 46.98 at the BU Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite… Placed third in the 400m (47.65) and first in the 4x400 (3:09.75) at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track Championships…(Outdoor) Placed second and notched a career best in the 200m with a time of 21.61 at the Harvard-Yale Match… Finished second in the 4x400m (3:09.6) and fifth in the 400m (47.75) at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Championship. 

First-Year (2019-20)

(Indoor) Ran a 35.05 in the 300m to start off the season at the Crimson Opener... Recorded a time of 3:17.15 in the 4x400yd to place first, while running the 200 in 22.28 seconds at the Beantown Challenge...Collected a personal-best at the BU Scarlet and White Invitational running a 47.62 in the 400...Took home an Ivy League Heps title in the 4x400 (3:13.85)...(Outdoor) Did not compete in the outdoor season due to the Ivy League and Harvard canceling the spring season.
