Junior Year (2023-24)

Indoor: Did not compete during the 2023-24 season.
Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-America honorable mention in the heptathlon … Earned All-Ivy League Second Team honors in the 100m hurdles …  Finished in 18th in the heptathlon at the NCAA Championships with 5609 points … Helped Harvard’s 4x400m relay team qualify for the NCAA Championships with a ninth place finish at the NCAA East Region First Round, recording a time of 3:30.49 … Scored points for the Crimson in the 100m hurdles with a second place finish at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships, posting a time of 13.92 … Also scored in the long jump at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships, finishing in fourth with a jump of 6.06m (19’10.75) … Finished in fourth in the 100m with a time of 12.09 at the Tiger Track Classic … Won the heptathlon at the Duke Invitational with 5765 points … Finished in fifth in the 800m at HY with a time of 2:22.62 … Also added to the Crimson’s point tally with a second place showing in the javelin throw (30.08m/98’8”) at HY … Posted a fifth place finish in the long jump (6.14m/20’1.75”) and a 23rd place finish in the 100m hurdles (13.94) at the Pepsi Florida Relays … Also contributed to the Crimson’s seventh place showing in the 4x400m relay at the Pepsi Florida Relays … Began the season with a personal-best 11.85m (38’10.5”) attempt in the shot put at the Hurricane Collegiate Invite … Also took 12th in the 200m at the Hurricane Collegiate Invite with a time of 24.24.

Sophomore Year (2022-23)

(Indoor) Won the 60m and the long jump at the HYP meet with a time of 7.55 seconds and a jump of 6.09 ... Won the pentathlon at the Crimson Elite meet with a score of 4173, placing first in the hurdles, long jump and 800 ... Was a member of the 4x400m relay team that broke the school and Ivy League record at the Tiger Paw Invite meet, with a time of 3:34.17 ... Earned four medals at the Ivy League Indoor Championships, earning gold in the 4x400m, silver in the 60m hurdles, and bronze in the 60m and long jump ... Qualified for the NCAA Indoor National Championship in Albuquerque, New Mexico, placing 11th, earning Second Team All-American honors ... Named First Team All-Ivy as a member of the 4x400m relay team at the indoor championship. 
(Outdoor) Competed in the heptathlon at Texas Relays, breaking the school record with a score of 5637, and also earned an all-conditions personal best of 23.56 (2.4) in the 200m ... At the UCONN Northeast Challenge, competed in the heptathlon, re-breaking the school record and setting a new Ivy League record with a score of 5769 ... Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the long jump and 4x400m relay ... All-American Honorable Mention at the NCAA Outdoor Championship in Austin, Texas, in the heptathlon ... USTFCCCA Academic All-American.

First-Year (2021-22)

(Indoor) Great start to first Harvard season, earning a bronze medal at the Ivy & HBCU Challenge in the Long Jump at 6.00m ... At BU Battle in Beantown, winning two gold medals in the 4x400 Relay and the 300m with a time of 38.35 ... At the BU John Thomas Terrier Classis earned a career-best record in the 200m at 23.93 ... Massive win at the Crimson Elite, winning first place in the Women’s Pentathlon with a score of 4121 ... During the pentathlon, broke the school long jump record with a jump of 6.18m (20' 3.5") ... Qualified in the pentathlon for the NCAA indoor national championship in Birmingham, Alabama, earning Second Team All-American honors with a 14th place finish.
(Outdoor) Great start to the season at Houston Spring Break Invitational, winning first place in the Javelin Throw at 39.07m ... Took home gold in the long jump at the Ivy Outdoor Championship with a jump of 6.16m ... Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in long jump ... Over the summer, represented Canada at the U20 World Championships in Cali, Colombia, competing in the long jump.
