(Indoor) Awarded the USTFCCCA Northeast Region Male Track Athlete of the Year... Winter Academic All-Ivy...Named Most Outstanding Male Athlete at Ivy League Heps... Started off the season with a first-place finish in the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge in the mile (4:06.60)... Broke the Harvard and Ivy League record in the 3000 at the BU Scarlet and White Invitational with a time of 7:49.15... Broke the Harvard record in the mile with his time of 3:57.36 at the BU Valentine Invitational...Took home two Ivy League Heps titles, winning the 3000 (8:28.90) and 5000 (14:20.65)...Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the mile and the 3000, until the NCAA Championships were canceled due to COVID-19 concerns...(Outdoor) Did not compete in the outdoor season due to the Ivy League and Harvard canceling the spring season.

Named to the First Team Indoor All-Ivy League in both the 3000m and 5000m run… Achieved a career fastest time in the 3000 running 7:59.78 at the Boston Univeristy David Hemery Valentine Invitational… Placed first in the 3000 with a time of 8:12.72 and in the 5000 with a time of 14:25.32 at the Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championship… Appeared in his first 10,000m during the Raleigh Relays and ran a time of 28:45.61… Ran a 13:57.60 in the 5000 at the Virginia Challenge for a career best… Finished the 2019 Harvard-Yale Match with a 14:25.08 in the 5000m.

Recorded fastest collegiate indoor mile time at Columbia East-West Challenge (4:09.68) ... Set new personal record in the 3000m at BU Valentine Invite (8:09.85) ... During the outdoor season, placed seventh in the 5000m at Ivy Outdoor Heps (14:26.96) ... Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors after placing 23rd at the NCAA Northeast Regional XC Championships (31:16.4), the best finish at NCAA Regionals by a Harvard sophomore since Dan Chenoweth finished sixth in 2008 ... Harvard's top finisher at Ivy League Cross Country Heps, placing 18th overall (24:16.8).

Posted season-best times in the indoor 1000 and mile, at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational and H-Y-P Meet, respectively, running a 2:28.14 and 4:14.13 … Finished seventh in the DMR at the Ivy League Indoor Championships, with a time of 10:11.01 … Finished first at the Sam Howell Meet in the outdoor 800, running a 1:59.17 … Ran season-best times in the 1500 and 3000 steeple, at the Sam Howell Meet and Penn Relays, respectively, with times of 4:00.72 and 9:20.87 … Finished ninth at the Ivy League Outdoor Championships in the 3000 steeple, running a 9:42.21.
