Competed in the 5000 at Ivy League Heps, running a 15:04.60...(Outdoor) Did not compete in the outdoor season due to the Ivy League and Harvard canceling the spring season.

2018-19
Ran a personal record in the 3000 with an 8:33.73 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational… Participated in his first 10,000m and ran a 29:50.87 at Raleigh Relays… Recorded a career fastest 14:27.95 in the 5000 at the Virginia Challenge.

2017-18
Ran a career-best 14:33.07 in the 5000m at the Penn Relays (Apr. 26-28) … Finished third at the UMass Lowell Invitational in the 1500m with a 4:00.17 (Mar. 31) … Hit a career high at the Wake Forest Outdoor Opener with an 8:39.06 in the 3000m (Mar. 24).
