Junior Year (2025-26)

Indoor: Closed out the indoor by contributing points with a fourth place finish in the 5000m (13:48.07) and a fifth place finish and a personal-best in the 3000m (8:01.41) … Took 54th in the 3000m (8:04.88) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational. 
Outdoor: Took 13th in the 10,000m (29:08.89) and 20th in the 5000m (14:02.38) at the NCAA East First Round … Scored points with a third place showing in the 10,000m (29:40.52) and a sixth place finish in the 5000m (14:32.34) at the Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships … Finished in second with a personal-best in the 5000m (13:43.27) at the Duke Twilight … Earned a 15th place finish in the 5000m (13:58.02) at the Wake Forest Invitational … Opened the outdoor season by taking 13th in the 10,000m (28:55.37) at the Raleigh Relays … CSC Academic All-District honoree … USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.  

Sophomore Year (2024-25)

Indoor: Took 10th in the 3000m (8:14.60) at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships … Began the year with a 88th place finish and a personal-best in the 3000m (8:03.58) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.  
Outdoor: Placed 31st in the 10,000m (30:02.28) at the NCAA East First Round … Scored points with a fourth place finish in the 10,000m (29:56.65) and a sixth place finish in the 5000m (14:09.86) at the Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships … Finished in 20th with a personal-best in the 5000m (13:54.09) at the Wake Forest Invitational … Started the season with a 33rd place showing and a personal-best in the 10,000m (28:46.97) at the Raleigh Relays.

First-Year (2023-24)

Indoor: Did not compete during the 2023-24 indoor season.
Outdoor: Finished in 17th in the 5000m at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships, posting a time of 14:25.58 … Crossed the finish line in 60th in the 5000m at the Wake Forest Invitational with a time of 14:32.26 … Ran a personal-best 4:08.02 in the 1500m at HY, recording a seventh place finish … Started the season with a personal-best 14:16.70 in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays, finishing in 104th.
