Dempsey Arsenault joined the Harvard women's lacrosse coaching staff in 2021-22 as a Volunteer Assistant Coach.
A team captain for Boston College in 2019, Arsenault was a balanced threat both offensively and defensively for the Eagles, ranking in the top-10 in program history for career points (215), goals (142), assists (73), ground balls (164) and draw controls (283).

Arsenault helped lead the Eagles to three consecutive National Championship games during her time at BC.

A native of New Hampton, New Hampshire, she was a Tewaaraton Award finalist in 2019 and earned IWLCA and ACC Player of the Year honors in 2019. She was also BC's first-ever ACC Midfielder of the Year and earned All-ACC First Team, IWLCA Midfielder of the Year and NCAA All-Tournament Team honors.

A brand representative for STX and a professional lacrosse player for Athletes Unlimited, Arsenault has also been a regular contributor on USA Lacrosse and is currently a member of the USA World Cup training team.
