She assists with water polo, women's volleyball and women's basketball.

In the Fall of 2021, Sargent added The James Herscot '58 Coach of Excellence to her title for the '21-22 academic year after she and the strength and conditioning staff provided student-athletes with exemplary leadership and mentorship during the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating adaptability and compassion over the course of a year unlike any other.

Prior to Harvard, Sargent began interning with the Harvard Strength and Conditioning staff during the summer of 2017. In the fall, she interned with the strength and conditioning department at Trinity College.

Sargent graduated from Central Connecticut State University in May of 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science. She played on CCSU's softball team for four years.

Sargent holds the National Strength and Conditioning Association Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification, the American Heart Association in CPR/AED certification, and the USA Track and Field Level 1 Coach certification.
