Yang Lee arrived in Cambridge in August 2025 ahead of the 2025-26 season. Lee joins the Crimson following a standout tenure as Interim Head Coach at Saint Leo University, where she guided both the men's and women's teams to national prominence during the 2024 season.
Under her leadership, Saint Leo's men's team reached a No. 2 national ranking, earned a spot in the NCAA Division II Final Four, and finished as runner-up at the ITA Indoor National Championship. On the women's side, Lee led the team to a No. 15 national ranking with wins over multiple top 15 opponents.
Originally from Taiwan, Lee brings a wealth of international recruiting experience and a dynamic coaching style rooted in player development. A former Division I student-athlete and team captain at Washington State University, she has earned a reputation for her work ethic, competitive edge, and ability to elevate student-athletes on and off the court.
Lee joins a program with a strong culture and tradition of excellence, and she looks forward to building on that foundation as the Crimson prepare for the upcoming season.
