Dylan Fischer joined the Harvard Sports Medicine staff as an athletic trainer in Jan. 2026. His primary responsibilities are Crimson Football and Women’s Lacrosse.
Fischer arrived in Cambridge from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts, where he worked with the Warrior football and men’s lacrosse programs from 2024-26.
After graduating from University of New England in May 2021, with a Bachelor of Science in health science, Fischer continued at the school and earned his Master of Science in athletic training in May 2023. While completing his master’s degree, Fischer gained invaluable experience at Stanford, assisting with the athletic training staff during 2022 football fall camp and the ensuing campaign. He later helped with the Cardinal men’s volleyball team during its 2023 campaign.
After completing his master’s coursework, Fischer went to Duke where he served as a certified athletic training fellow for the 2023-24 academic year, which later led him to Merrimack College.
