  • Title
    Staff Assistant/Video Coordinator
Dylan Rigol joined the Harvard Men's Basketball staff in Oct. 2026, and the 2026-27 campaign marks his first with the program.

A native of Boston, Rigol arrived at Harvard after serving as Oregon State's video coordinator for the 2025-26 season. Prior to that, Rigol was the Beavers' Graduate Assistant – Director of Video, a role he held since the summer of 2023. During his time in Corvallis, Rigol helped the Beavers to a 20-13 record in 2024-25, which was the program's third 20-win season in the last 35 years and represented the team's first 20-win regular season since the 1989-90 season. Individually, Michael Rataj earned first-team 2024-25 All-WCC honors, while Parsa Fallah was named to the second team.

Rigol came to Corvallis from High Point, where served as the head student manager for the men’s basketball team. During his time with the Panthers, he assisted the coaching staff with day-to-day operations including traveling with the team and helping organize game film.

Rigol also served as an intern for the Boston Celtics in 2018, and was a camp counselor for the Tubby Smith Basketball Camp in the summer of 2019.
