Jesse Fehr '10 is in his second season as an assistant on head coach Chris Wojcik's '96 staff.
In his first season in Cambridge, Fehr helped the Crimson do what no other team had done in 24 years, as Harvard won the program’s first Ivy League championship since 1990 with a 5-1 conference record. The feat helped earn Harvard an at-large berth to the NCAA tournament, its first since 2006 and sixth overall, while elevating the Crimson to the highest ranking in program history at No. 11. Harvard finished the year off with a 10-7 overall record, an impressive 7-1 mark in Cambridge, four wins over ranked opponents, and seven selections to the All-Ivy League teams, the second most in program history. Additionally, Devin Dwyer and Bobby Duvnjak garnered USILA All-America honorable mention honors.
Prior to coaching for Harvard, Fehr served as an assistant coach for the Okotoks Raiders Junior A Box lacrosse team in Alberta, and was a three-time provincial champion with the Junior A Raiders in 2010, 2011, and 2013. The Calgary native also spent time as the provincial technical director for the Alberta Lacrosse Association.
A former attackman for Harvard from 2006-10, Fehr led the Crimson with 11 assists as a junior and totaled 17 points. He played his final season of eligibility at Duke where he appeared in 11 games, scoring 10 goals. Fehr ended his collegiate career with 47 total points, including 31 goals, and was drafted in the third round of the 2011 NLL Entry Draft.
Fehr graduated with a bachelors degree in psychology from Harvard in 2010 and earned his masters from Duke in management studies in 2011.
