Harvard University

Meghan Buttress was named Harvard Athletics' Assistant Director of Events in October 2022. Buttress joined Harvard in August 2018, serving previously as Events Assistant and Travel and Operations Coordinator, before being named to her current role. 

Before joining the Crimson’s Events and Operations staff, Buttress earned her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa in 2016. While at Iowa, Buttress worked within the athletic department as a “Crewhawk” assisting in maintaining the athletic facilities and working University and non-University events.

A native of North Andover, Massachusetts, Buttress graduated with a Master of Science in Sports Management from Columbia University in December 2018.
