Tommy Davis was hired to Rob Rassey's first staff in August 2026. Davis arrives in Cambridge following a playing and coaching career in the ECAC and Ivy League at Princeton.

Davis joined the Tigers' coaching staff in 2020 after previously serving as the program's Director of Hockey Operations in 2018 and 2019. With Davis on the bench, Princeton recently completed an 18-win campaign and a spot in the 2026 ECAC Championship Game in Lake Placid.

Davis skated in 97 games on the blue line for the Tigers and served as an assistant captain. During his fourth year of eligibility, Davis played at Providence College, where the Friars reached the Hockey East Championship game and the NCAA East Regional final.

A native of Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, Davis earned his MBA from Providence in the spring of 2019.
