Jonas Clarke, a true first-year, broke the Harvard school record in the indoor 60m dash in his first collegiate meet ever. In the prelim round of the event, Clarke tied the previous record of 6.73. He went into the final round knowing he typically posted a faster time in the finals and set the new record at 6.71 seconds. With this time, he currently ranks fifth in the nation after the first week of indoor track and field.
