CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- John Tillman, The Frisbie
Family Head Coach for Harvard Men's Lacrosse, will serve as a guest
speaker at the New York State Coaches Clinic, hosted by Cortland
State Friday, Jan. 22. The event will be held at the Corey
Gymnasium in Park Center in Cortland, N.Y.
Tillman will speak on offensive schemes and strategies, as well as
lead a skills and drills session.
Tillman, who is entering his third season on the Crimson sideline,
guided Harvard to a 3-3 Ivy League record and 8-5 overall mark in
2009, marking the most wins for the program since the 2002
campaign. The team reached as high as No. 11 in the national
rankings last spring and the team's defense finished the year
ranked third in the nation.
