CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - "Crimson Character" is a video series featuring Harvard head coaches answering questions about their philosophy and thought process as leaders of their respective programs. The first three episodes feature Andrew Rueb '95 (men's tennis), Katey Stone (women's ice hockey) and Jay Weiss (wrestling). This is episode No. 2 and the question posed to the group was, "What do Harvard coaches look for?"

Last week, the coaches were asked, "How would you describe a Harvard student-athlete?"

The final episode is slated to be revealed on Wednesday, Feb. 24, and will center around how they build a culture of excellence within their respective programs.
