2021 Harvard Field Hockey Schedule

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard field hockey announced its 17-game schedule for the 2021 season today (July 15).

The Crimson will open the season at the University of Maine with games against Providence (Sept. 3) and Maine (Sept. 5). Harvard's first home game will take place on Sept. 17 against Northeastern, and its first Ivy contest will be on the road at Columbia (Sept. 24).

The non-conference schedule includes three games against teams that made the 2020-21 NCAA Tournament, with contests against Delaware (Sept. 10), Connecticut (Sept. 19) and Bucknell (Sept. 26).
 
The Crimson is seeking its third Ivy title in the last five seasons and has recorded a 26-2 record in league play since the start of the 2016 season.
 
Harvard finished 2019 at 13-4 (6-1 Ivy League), placing second in conference play and continuing the most successful run in program history. Prior to 2020, Harvard had 55 wins in the past four seasons. The program finished the 2020-21 academic year with one of the top team grade point averages in the nation this past fall, earning the NFHCA National Academic Team Award.
