How It Happened
- Yale was the first team to dent the scoreboard, netting a goal off a set piece in the 40th minute.
- Goalkeeper Oskar Nilsson made one of the biggest saves on the season just 1:44 into the second half. After Harvard was called for a penalty in the box, Nilsson stonewalled the Bulldogs' PK and the subsequent shot off the rebound to keep the score at 1-0.
- Nilsson's effort played a role in Harvard's comeback, which officially started when Rollo scored off Ebbinge's corner kick. The score-leveling attempt came at 74:06.
- Just over 15 minutes after Rollo's goal, the Crimson defense forced a turnover as Yale was hunting for the winner with under a minute to play. The loose ball found Arlotti and the sophomore took the ball downfield with only one defender in front of him, waited for Gutierrez and played it back to him and the rest was history. The winner was recorded with 89:34 on the clock.
