PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Harvard Women's Rugby took down Brown on the road, 43-14, on Saturday afternoon at Marvel Field.

HARVARD HIGHLIGHTS

• Chloe Headland scored in back-to-back fashion, successfully recording the first and second tries in the second half.
• Headland also showed off her double-threat talents, making 100 percent of her six conversion kicks. 
• The Crimson scored four tries in the first half and three in the second half.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Brown came out strong right out of the gate and scored the first try just a few minutes into the match to take a 7-0 lead.
• Tiahna Padilla came back two minutes later and scored the first try for the Crimson. With conversion from Chloe Headland, the score was tied, 7-7.
• Kiani Akina scored the next try, helping the Crimson move in front, 14-7. The Crimson maintained its lead for the remainder of the game.
• Harvard maintained possession of the ball for the majority for rest of the half despite Brown's aggressive attempts to cut into the Crimson's lead.
• Victoria Stanley and Charlotte Gilmour scored back-to-back tries just a few minutes apart with the latter scoring right before the end of the first half making the halftime score, 26-7.
• Headland scored the aforementioned first and second tries for the Crimson to open the second half, moving the visitors ahead, 38-7
• Maeve Humphrey scored her second try of the season and made the conversion herself, bringing the score to 45-7.
• In the last few minutes of the game Brown snuck in and scored their second try and the last try of the game to provide the final margin.
