Women’s Volleyball Set to Host Yale and Brown this Weekend

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard women's volleyball team (2-9, 1-2 Ivy) will host Ivy League competitors Yale and Brown in two matches this weekend. The match against Yale (11-1, 3-0 Ivy) will take place Friday, Oct. 7 at 7 p.m. followed by a match against Brown (6-6, 2-1 Ivy) on Saturday, Oct. 8 at 5 p.m. Friday night's contest will also be the annual Dig Pink Fundraiser and Saturday's match will be followed by a Title IX celebration clinic. Both matches will be streamed on ESPN+.

The annual Dig Pink Rally is a fundraiser to support the Side-out Foundation. 100 percent of donations made will go to the foundation and go toward research specifically for patients with metastatic breast cancer, the most advanced form of the disease, and the least funded area of research. Every $2,000 raised through Dig Pink allows Side-Out to provide an unprecedented analysis to metastatic breast cancer patients and their oncologists. This unique analysis ranks treatment solutions and clinical trials for each patient that can substantially improve the length and quality of their life.
