PROVIDENCE, R.I. – First-year Bronte-May Brough scored her team leading 11^th and 12^th goals of the season, and senior goalkeeper Ellie Shahbo made two saves to lift No. 15 Harvard field hockey (13-4, 6-1 Ivy) to a 2-0 win at Brown (8-9, 1-6 Ivy) in the regular season finale for the Crimson.

Harvard Highlights

A scoreless and shotless first quarter gave way to an active second quarter for the Crimson. Harvard totaled five shots on net in the frame, racking up three penalty corners.
 
Brough converted on Harvard's final chance of the half with under a minute to play. First-year Kate Oliver injected to sophomore Emily Guckian, who set up Brough's shot into the left corner of the cage with :16 remaining in the quarter to put Harvard up 1-0.
 
Brough added nice another penalty corner in the third quarter on a shot that deflected past Brown goalkeeper Jodie Brine at 10:44 of the third quarter.
 
Shahbo made several second half saves to preserve the shutout, twice blocking Brown shot attempts from just outside the goal line.
 
Harvard defended four Brown penalty corner attempts in the final minutes without allowing a shot on goal.

• Harvard has won the last seven meetings against Brown dating back to 2015.
• Harvard has a 26-2 record in its last 28 Ivy contests over the past four seasons.
• First-year Bronte-May Brough recorded her team-leading 11^th and 12th goals of the season and has nine goals in her last seven games. Brough and Princeton's Beth Yeager finished the regular season tied for the Ivy League lead in goals scored.
• Emily Guckian recorded two assists to increase her career high point total on the season to 15 (two goals, 11 assists).
• Senior goalkeeper Ellie Shahbo recorded her sixth shutout of the season and her 21^st career shutout. She will leave Harvard as the winningest goalkeeper in program history and has now compiled 51 wins in four seasons.
