CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Three years since its last rendition, the Ivy League Women's Golf Championships are set to return this Friday-Sunday (April 22-24) as Harvard is primed to defend its 2019 crown at The Ridge at Back Brook in Ringoes, N.J.
The 54-hole event will kick off on Friday with tee-times beginning at 9 a.m. off the first tee. Round two will take place on Saturday starting at 12 p.m., while Sunday's final round is scheduled to commence at 9 a.m. Pairings will be selected at the championship banquet on Thursday evening.
Six Ivy League programs will compete for the title with Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Columbia, Penn and Dartmouth all in the field.
Harvard has won eight Ivy League Championships all-time including the 2019 title, which was captured by the Crimson with a team total of 37-over par. Current seniors

Anina Ku were each in the lineup for the victory, finishing seventh and T10, respectively.

What to know:
- When last in action, Harvard earned second place at the Hoya Invitational, finishing the 54-hole event at 55-over par. Anina Ku (5th, +11), Chloe Royston (T6, +12) and Meiyi Yan (T6, +12) all finished inside the top-10 individually.
- When play begins on Friday, it will have been 1,097 days since the final day of the 2019 Ivy League Championship, the last time the tournament was held. The event was cancelled in both 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Crimson sophomore Isabella Gomez leads Harvard with an individual scoring average of 75.17 (+3.33), the fifth best mark in the Ivy League. Princeton's Tiffany Kong leads the way at 73.38 (+1.38).
- Princeton is tops in the Ivy League with a team scoring average of 296.95 (+8.95) for the 2021-22 season. Harvard ranks third in the conference with an average of 303.11 (+15.78).
- Harvard enters the weekend at No. 142 in the Golfstat National Rankings. Yale is the top-ranked team in the field at No. 74.
- The winner of the 2022 Ivy League Championships will earn an automatic bid into the NCAA D1 Women's Golf Regionals to be played across six sites, May 9-11.
- The Crimson is coached by The Paul M. Weissman '52 Director of Harvard Golf, Fred Schernecker '89, as well as the head coach of women's golf, Kevin Rhoads. Schernecker is in his 24th season with the program while Rhoads returns for his 18th year.
