BROOKLYN, NY. – No. 20 Harvard men's water polo (8-3, 2-1 NWPC) won back-to-back games in New York today, as it pushed past LIU and Iona. The Crimson opened against the LIU Sharks, ending in a decisive 16-6 victory. Coming off a win, Harvard repeated its success against Iona in a scoring shootout. The program will continue its road stint against MIT next Saturday at 4:30 p.m.

GAME 1: Harvard 16, LIU 6 
Harvard Highlights 

• Vila Sogaard-Srikrishnan managed to score four goals and gathered two assists.
• James Rozolis-Hill was on his game, putting five goals in the net.
• Gabe Putnam was a menace on defense, forcing takeaways in four separate possessions. 
• 8 separate crimson players scored this morning:  Jacob Tsotadze, Alex James, Alexandru Bucur, Mason Hunt, Owen Hale, Vila Sogaard-Srikrishnan, James Rozolis-Hill , and Jack Burghardt.
• Tanner Furtak totaled ten saves on the day as well.

GAME 2: Harvard 15, Iona 10
Harvard Highlights

• Sophomore James Rozolis-Hill continued his impressive day with three goals in game two.
• Jacob Tsotadze also added three goals to the Harvard offense. He totaled two assists as well.
• Owen Hale added two goals and an assist. Tyler Zarcu found the net twice as well.
• Jack Burghardt scored three times on the day.
• Goalkeepers Tanner Furtak and Oliver Price split the net in game two. Furtak saved seven shots on goal while Price had five saves.
