CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Women's rugby sophomore Skylar Jordan and men's water polo senior Owen Hale have earned Harvard Athletics Student-Athlete of the Week presented by The Harvard COOP for the week of Oct. 23-27, Harvard announced on Wednesday.

Skylar Jordan, Women's Rugby

Sophomore Skylar Jordan was instrumental in Harvard's thrilling 19-17 victory at Dartmouth, scoring the final points that earned Harvard the 2023 Ivy League 15s Title and continuing Harvard's undefeated season. With no time left on the clock, Jordan made the match-winning conversion that added two points to Harvard's score and cemented the win. 

Owen Hale, Men's Water Polo

Owen Hale had a fantastic weekend at the Julian Frasier Memorial tournament after scoring seven goals against Pacific on Sunday in the finale. Hale scored with seven seconds left to send the game to overtime before scoring again for his seventh goal of the game. Hale also scored two goals against Santa Clara and San Jose State while adding four assists against CBU. Overall, Hale finished the weekend with an impressive 11 goals and six assists.
