HANOVER, N.H. – Harvard women's tennis were defeated 4-0 by Princeton in the second round of the ECAC Championships on Saturday, Feb. 11, at Dartmouth College.
Starting in doubles, Harvard's duo of
Iveta Daujotaite /
Rachel Arbitman defeated Princeton's duo of Maia Sung / Grace Joyce 6-1 in the number two spot. However, the Crimson would fall in the other two doubles matches, giving the doubles point to the Tigers.
In singles, No. 75
Charlotte Owensby came up just short against the No. 4 ranked singles player in the country, Daria Frayman. The Crimson would fall in two other singles matches giving Princeton a 4-0 advantage. The match would be called as the Tigers had secured a victory. The
Maxi Duncan's,
Angel You's and
Sany Gawande's singles matches would not finish.

The Crimson will face the loser of Brown/Columbia on Sunday, Feb. 12 at 11 a.m. in the third and fourth place match of the ECAC Championships.
