Game Recap: Men's Lacrosse |

Men's Lacrosse falls to Michigan 19-13

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.. – Harvard men's lacrosse fell to the Michigan Wolverines by a score of 19-13 this afternoon at Jordan Field. The Crimson got off to a fast start early in the second quarter but ultimately fell to the Wolverines in a game full of momentum shifts. The Crimson now sits at 2-2 and looks forward to its first Ivy League matchup of the season at Brown next weekend. 

Harvard Highlights 

  • Sam King had a great offensive game after recording two goals and two assists.
  • Hayden Cheek and Andrew Perry found the back of the net once and added another assist for a two-point game. 
  • Miles Botkiss also added a pair of goals. 
  • Ray Dearth went end to end for his first goal of the season. 
  • Joe Dowling and John Aurandt IV both added one goal each in the game. 
  • Matt Barraco went 8-19 in face-offs. 

Next Up 

The Crimson travel to Brown for a 1:00 p.m. matchup to open Ivy League play. The game will be streamed on ESPN+
