Kenneth Ikeji have earned Harvard Athletics Student-Athlete of the Week presented by The Harvard COOP for the week of May 1-7, Harvard announced on Wednesday.Â

Junior
Maia Ramsden was named the women's most outstanding track performer for winning both the 1500m and 5000m runs at the Ivy League outdoor championship meet. She won the 1500m by three seconds after leading the entire race and just three hours later ran a tactical 5000m, sitting in second before sprinting the final lap to win.Â
Kenneth Ikeji, Men's Track and Field, Computer Science
Sophomore
Kenneth Ikeji was named the men's most outstanding field performer for his large margin of victory in the hammer throw. With a 74.07m toss to bring home Harvard's second individual championship, he threw exactly this distance for his last two throws, finishing 13 meters ahead of second place.
