PRINCETON, N.J – Harvard women's water polo took two of its three games at the Princeton Invitational over the weekend. Falling in the opener to No. 11 Princeton, the Crimson bounced back to beat Villanova on Saturday and La Salle on Sunday morning. Harvard returns to Blodgett next weekend for the Harvard Invitational. 
 

GAME 1: Princeton 11, Harvard 6 

• Maya O'Dea scored twice. 
• Annabel Facey, Ruby Hodge, Kaity Greenwald, and Emma Gilbert all scored once. 
• Alexis Kieckhafer made five saves in the cage. 

GAME 2: Harvard 15, Villanova 7 

• Bouncing back in game two, Emma Gilbert added a hat-trick. 
• Heidi Heffelfinger was dishing it after grabbing three assists. The sophomore also picked up a goal. 
• Erin Kim had a great offensive showing after potting two goals and adding three assists. 
• Annabel Facey, Ruby Hodge, Ella Schneider, Sasha Constandse, and Dany Zapata all added a goal. 
• Sutchie Ofori-Nyako picked up the win in her season debut, making seven saves in net. 

 

GAME 3: Harvard 12, La Salle 4

• The Crimson jumped out to an early 3-1 lead in the first quarter. 
• Emma Gilbert led the offense with a five-goal game. 
• Lucy Berkman, Kaity Greenwald, Heidi Heffelfinger, and Ruby Hodge all added one goal. 
• Erin Kim added a goal and two assists. 
• Kiekchafer made seven saves in the second victory of the weekend.
