ALEXANDRIA, VA. –
Callie Hem added another eight goals this morning as the Crimson defeated VCU to remain undefeated through three games this season.
Caroline Mullahy broke a 43-year program record after adding ten assists in the game. Shattering the previous record of 7 in a single game, Mullahy's 13 points on the day were just two shy of the individual game points record of 15.
Chloe Provenzano made 13 saves in the win as Harvard will now look to continue its winning ways as it begins Ivy play next weekend against Brown.
HARVARD HIGHLIGHTS
- Callie Hem added another eight goals in the win. The senior now has 20 goals in three games this season.
- Maddie Barkate registered an impressive 13 draw controls today. The 13 draw controls from the senior was just one short of her career best of 14 she set last season.
- Riley Campbell added four goals.
- Caroline Mullahy added 13 points after a three-goal and ten-assist game.
- Annabel Child had a great performance all over the field after adding a goal, an assist, three ground balls, two caused turnovers, and two draw controls.
GAME NOTES
- The Crimson offense added a combined 33 points.
- 13 stops from Provenzano was the most any keeper has made in a single game this season.
- Harvard is outscoring its opponents 60-17 through three games.
- Callie Hem broke her previous career high of seven goals in a single game with eight this morning.
