CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – No. 6 Harvard men's tennis will take on crosstown foe, Boston University, on Thursday, February 29 at 6:00 p.m. ET in a rescheduled match up previously set for February 2. 

What to Know

• The Crimson improved to 9-4 this past weekend by picking up its fourth and fifth ranked victories of the year by defeating No. 13 Duke and No. 44 Northwestern 4-3 and 4-0, respectively. 
• Harvard is a perfect 7-0 at home this season with four of those victories coming over ranked opponents.  Across those seven wins, the Crimson have collected 34 points while only dropping seven total to its opponents. 
• In the most recent ITA Men's Division I Team Rankings, the Crimson checked in at No. 6 to mark its highest ever team ranking all-time.  The Crimson bested its previous best of No. 7 reached both last season and in the 1990 season. 
• Against Duke, Ronan Jachuck and Alan Yim helped the Crimson secure the doubles victory with an upset win over the No. 21 nationally ranked duo in Michael Heller and Andrew Zhang (Duke). 
• Last weekend, Daniel Milavsky went 3-1 across singles and doubles action.  With his pair of singles victories, Milavsky improved to 10-1 in dual competition.  With a strong start to his junior spring campaign, Milavsky earned the No. 116 ranking in the most recent ITA Men's Division I Singles Rankings. 
• Cooper Williams who ranks No. 11 nationally for singles, follows behind Milavsky for the most victories in 2023-24 with 11 overall and five throughout his first collegiate dual season. 
• The Crimson have never lost to the Terriers and will look to grow its lead to 20-0 against the crosstown foe on Thursday.  Last time the two teams met, Harvard was victorious, 6-0.

Following nearly two weeks away from action, the Crimson will travel to the California area for four matches beginning with a meeting at University of California Santa Barbara on Tuesday, March 12 at 2:00 p.m. ET.
