STILLWATER, Okla. –
Cooper Williams of No. 12 Harvard men's tennis opened his run in the 2024 NCAA Singles Championship this morning with a dominant victory in the Round of 64.
The Crimson first-year looked strong in his first ever NCAA Individual Championships match, dropping Alvin Tudorica (USF) with a pair of 6-1 decisions.
The match up marked the second time the two have faced off this season, previously meeting at Chowderfest on September 24. Williams picked up his first collegiate singles victory in the prior battle, defeating Tudorica, 6-3, 3-6, 6-2 in the final day of the tournament.

Williams will return to the court tomorrow in the Round of 32, facing off against Tyler Zink (Oklahoma State). Williams will also appear in the doubles draw tomorrow with teammate,
Daniel Milavsky, as the duo faces No. 11 Petar Jovanovic/Benito Sanchez Martinez (Mississippi State) in the opening round of the doubles draw.
