Olympic Medals Awarded to Harvard Rowing’s Liam Corrigan ’19 (USA) and David Ambler ’20 (GB)

PARIS, FRANCE –– Harvard alumni Liam Corrigan '19 and David Ambler '20 both earned Olympic Medals in the Men's Four Final on Thursday, Aug. 1. Corrigan and Team USA Four finished first, earning the first gold medal in the four for the USA since the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome. Ambler and Great Britain finished third and took home the bronze. 

Josh Hicks '13 and the Australia Men's Eight advance to the 'A' Final after a fourth place finish in the Olympic Repechage. Three Harvard Alumni (Clark Dean '23, Pieter Quinton '20, and Christian Tabash '22) will also compete in the final for Team USA. Both USA and Australia will compete in the 'A' Final on Saturday, Aug. 3 at 5:10 a.m. ET.
