CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Senior Diego Sotelo claimed an individual bout win in a home dual against Cornell, but Harvard Wrestling (0-3, 0-1 Ivy) fell to No. 12 Cornell (4-1, 1-0 Ivy) on Saturday afternoon at the Malkin Athletic Center.

HARVARD HIGHLIGHTS

• No. 17 Diego Sotelo entered the match riding a six-match winning streak. He faced Cornell's Marcello in the first bout of the dual. After falling behind by two points, Sotelo responded with a strong performance in the second period, earning back points. He held off Marcello for the remainder of the match, securing a 6-3 victory. 
• Sotelo now improves to 10-3 on the season and 3-0 in dual competition.

• Junior Dante Frinzi earned a take down against Cornell's No. 25 Saunders but ultimately lost by a 7-3 decision.
• First-year 197-pound wrestler Hudson Skove put up a tough fight against Cornell's No. 25 Dellagatta. Skove defended against multiple take down attempts but was ultimately defeated by decision.
