CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard women's golf team continues its fall season this coming week by competing at the 2025 Quinnipiac Classic. The 54-hole event will be held at The Farms Country Club in Wallingford, Conn., running Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 13–14). This marks the Crimson's second consecutive and overall appearance in the tournament field.

Notes and Storylines

• Harvard will compete in its third of four fall tournaments at the Quinnipiac Classic.
• The Crimson is coming off an impressive fourth-place finish at the Princeton Invitational, following an 11th-place result at the Lady Paladin Invitational.
• Vanessa Zhang earned her first top-five finish of the season with a score of 213 (E) and led the tournament in par-4 scoring average (3.94, -2).
• Bonnie Zhai recorded a career-best six birdies in the second round and totaled a tournament-high 13 birdies.
• Harvard's second-round team score of 283 (-1) was the second lowest of the tournament.
• The Crimson also outperformed three other Ivy League programs in the field, posting a total of 880 (+28).
• This weekend marks Harvard's second straight appearance at the Quinnipiac Classic after finishing fifth in its tournament debut last season.
• In 2024, Zhang led the team with an eighth-place individual finish, her second career top-10 result.
• Iris Wang and Bonnie Zhai were both in the Crimson lineup at last year's Quinnipiac Classic, posting T22 and T25 finishes, respectively.
• Vanessa Zhang leads the team in scoring average at 71.8 and is closely followed by Lucy Yuan's average of 72.5.
• Yuan owns the team lead with 21 birdies in 108 holes played. Bonnie Zhai (18) and Zhang (16) round out the top three in the category for the Crimson.
• Iris Wang has posted 77 pars on the year to lead the team.
