CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Harvard Athletics wishes its fans and the broader community a happy holiday season. Fall 2025 featured exciting victories, Ivy League championships and national titles, with more competition to come in 2026.
Looking back at the first half of the academic year, the Crimson won a team and individual national title (rugby team; sailing individual), two Ivy crowns (field hockey, football), and advanced to five national tournaments (men's cross country, women's cross country, field hockey, football and rugby) in the Fall of 2025.
Rugby won its third straight NIRA Division I Championship and sailing's
Robby Meek captured the 2025 ICSA Open Singlehanded National Championship.
Field hockey won the 2025 Ivy League regular-season championship and advanced to the NCAA tournament semifinals, while the football team earned an at-large berth to the NCAA FCS Playoffs in the Ivy's first season of postseason eligibility.
The Fall success has permeated to the Winter, with four teams currently sporting undefeated records (No. 1 women's squash, No. 3 men's squash, men's swimming and diving, women's swimming and diving) and several other programs enjoying strong performances.
