HANOVER, NH – In its final regular season contest, Harvard women's basketball (22-4, 11-3 Ivy) dropped the Dartmouth Big Green, 74-40. With today's dominant victory, the Crimson has now tallied its highest overall and Ivy win totals since the 2013-14 season.
Harmoni Turner provided another show-stopping performance to lead the way for the Crimson, notching her fourth 30-plus point performance as she contributed 33 points on 15-of-22 shooting while also dishing out six assists.
How it Happened
Harvard gave the Big Green no chance to get comfortable on its home court, jumping out to a 7-0 lead courtesy of hot shooting from
Elena Rodriguez. The Crimson defense would continue to hold Dartmouth scoreless until the 4:45 mark of the first quarter. After Dartmouth's field goal, the Crimson rattled off another 11-point run fueled by nine points from
Harmoni Turner to extend its lead out to 20-2. Harvard would end the opening frame with a comfortable 23-7 advantage.
The Crimson outscored the Big Green 16-11 in the second frame to maintain its strong lead in the contest. Turner surpassed 20 points as she launched a deep buzzer-beater to extend Harvard's lead to 39-18 heading into the locker room.
Harvard maintained its energy from the start of the game as it opened the second half. The Crimson defense held Dartmouth to just one field goal through the first five and half minutes to continue to hold all momentum. Harvard got yet another highlight reel last second basket as
Abigail Wright connected on a turnaround shot in the final seconds to set the lead at 61-27 after three stanzas.
The final 10 minutes of the contest were even at 13-points each, allowing the Crimson to secure its final win of the regular season.

- With the win, the Crimson has now tallied its highest overall (22) and Ivy (11) win totals since the 2013-14 season.
- Harmoni Turner surpassed 30 points for the fourth time this season, tallying 33 points on 15-of-22 shooting. The senior also dished out six assists to contribute to 21 of the Crimson 31 made field goals this afternoon.
- Elena Rodriguez reached double figures in the contest, adding 15 points on 6-of-10 shooting while also grabbing seven boards.
- Saniyah Glenn-Bello was a strong defensive presence for the Crimson, collecting a career-high four steals against the Big Green.
- Katie Krupa had a solid shooting day, adding eight points by connecting on three of her four field goal attempts. The junior captain also recorded two blocks in the contest.
- Harvard's five turnovers marks its lowest turnover total since December 2, 2017, when the Crimson tallied four miscues in a loss to Temple.
- In opposition, Harvard turned the Big Green over 21 times and totaled 18 points off the miscues. The Crimson surpassed double-digit steals for the 16th time this season and the third straight game.
